All products sold by Tulips Mosaics are unique pieces of art. Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns unless you receive a wrong product. Therefore, be sure that you are committed to the piece you order. If you have any concerns before purchasing it is best to request more information on a piece if needed.
Products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. For shipping damage, customers should file claim to their carrier immediately. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Tulips Mosaics within 24 hours.
